Miss Glamour Grand Beauty Pageant offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation – users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our payment processing are hosted by third-party processors. The third-party processors provide Miss Glamour Grand Beauty Pageant with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell services to you.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • 1.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • 1.2. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve

    (a.) transmissions over various networks
    (b.) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
    Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

  • 1.3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of The Service, use of The Service, or access to The Service or any contact on the website through which The Service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL TERMS OF ENTRY

  • 2.1. All fees paid to Miss Glamour Grand are non-refundable and nontransferable. This includes, but is not limited to registration fees, entry fees, advertising fees, tickets, sponsorships, donations and any other fees paid by anyone including, but not limited to candidates, sponsors, and advertisers.

  • 2.2. Miss Glamour Grand reserves the right to limit the applications accepted to each pageant

  • 2.3. Miss Glamour Grand is not responsible for prizes or gifts not fulfilled by sponsors.

  • 2.4. Returned Checks: Checks returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds (NSF checks) will result in the automatic disqualification of the applicant/participant

  • 2.5. Participants must be between 18 and 28 years of age prior to the competition.

  • 2.6. Participants in Miss Glamour Grand Beauty Pageant must never have been married, have had a marriage annulled, be pregnant or have a child/children.

  • 2.7. In the event that a Titleholder is disqualified or chooses to relinquish her title, another candidate can be chosen in her place.

  • 2.8. If Titleholder relinquishes her title, her sash and crown must be returned to the Head Office in this case. If the sash and crown are not returned in good condition within 7 business days of withdrawal, a penalty fee of 5000 USD

  • 2.9. Appointed Titleholder reign ends 31st December 2025

  • 2.10. All branded social media is the property of Miss Glamour Grand and must be relinquished to the Head Office upon request. Retaining our branded social media will be considered trademark infringement.

  • 2.11. Miss Glamour Grand reserves the right to change details, locations, dates, and additional information about the beauty pageant at our discretion, for any reason.

  • 2.12. Candidates, Titleholders, parents, and event attendees grant permission for photographs, videos, or audio tape to be used for promotional and publicity purposes in all types of media including but not limited to print, audio, social, and online media outlets.

  • 2.13. Candidates and parents are expected to always represent Miss Glamour Grand in a positive manner. Any candidate, parent, guardian, or titleholder that exhibits unsportsmanlike or inappropriate conduct in any way will be banned and will forfeit any entry fees, tickets, titles. Bullying (even passive aggressive bullying) will not be tolerated in any way.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

  • 3.1. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

  • 3.2. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

  • 5.1. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

  • 5.2. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Services that we offer.

  • 5.3. We reserve the right to discontinue any Service at any time.

  • 5.4. Any offer for any Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

  • 5.5. We do not warrant that the quality of any Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in The Service will be corrected.

  • 6.1. We reserve the right to refuse any application and registration you make with us. These restrictions may include registrations under the same contact information, the same credit card, and/or using the same billing address.

  • 6.2. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a registration, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of registration.

  • 6.3. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information when registering for Miss Glamour Grand.

  • 6.4. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • 6.5. All fees paid to Miss Glamour Grand are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, tickets, sponsorships, donations and any other fees paid by anyone including, but not limited to, candidates, sponsors, and advertisers.

  • 7.1. Certain content and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.

  • 7.2. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

  • 7.3. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

  • 7.5. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

    (a.) to maintain any comments in confidence
    (b.) to pay compensation for any comments
    (c.) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms & Conditions.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
